This page sets out what LevelPlayCompass collects, why it is held and how you can have it removed. We collect the minimum a review site can operate on.
Data we collect
- Technical records: IP address, browser type and pages visited, held in aggregated form for traffic statistics.
- Correspondence: the name, reply address and message you enter in the contact form.
- Cookies: small files that keep the site working and count page views.
Why it is held
Technical records tell us which reviews are read and whether the site is functioning. Correspondence is used solely to reply to you. We do not construct advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Retention
Messages are deleted once the exchange is finished. Aggregated statistics contain nothing that identifies an individual reader.
Processing on our behalf
Our hosting provider handles data purely to keep the site available. Nothing is passed to advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask us to erase it. Send the request through the contact form and we will reply within a reasonable period.
Links to other sites
Every game link leads to a developer-run website with its own privacy policy. We have no control over how those services handle your information.
Amendments
Revised versions are published here with a new issue date. Continued use of the site after that date indicates acceptance.
